The Riasc Centre is hiring a part time Office Assistant
This role to be responsible for maintaining Riasc accounts and general administration tasks such as filing, producing form templates, maintaining records in our filing system, producing marketing material, maintaining social media content etc.
The office assistant role will consist of two full working days per week.
Part time Office Assistant
16 hours per week (2 days)
Monday and Friday (8:00-16:30)

Job description:
Maintaining accounts in quick books
Producing reports via quick books
Filing
Producing form templates
Producing marketing material
Maintaining social media - facebook, twitter, intstagram
Answering phone calls
Responding to emails
Receptionist duties from time-to-time which includes meeting and greeting of clients
Skill Requirements:
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping
Proficient in Excel and Word
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Ability to work and contribute within a team
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service manner
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
